ARROW (the Advanced Risk-Responsive Operating framework) is the system used by the FSA to supervise authorised firms to ensure they comply with regulatory requirements. They assess firms according to the risks they present in terms of their impact on the market and consumers and also on the likelihood of a particular issue arising.
