Introduction
Extradition is once again in the media spotlight, following the recent decision by Theresa May to approve the extradition of Richard O’Dwyer, accused of copyright infringement, to the US. However, the Extradition Review Panel concluded that this was not the case.
Our eminent speakers will debate these polarising findings and analyse the practical issues arising out of recent case law.
