Changing Terms & Conditions
Delegates have the option to attend the whole day or, if the morning session is more relevant to their training needs than the afternoon, then they can attend just those sessions.
The morning sessions will focus on the HR mechanics of changing terms and conditions of a contract, what legal risks are associated, and what consultation is required.
The afternoon session focuses on pension benefits and what factors you need to consider and who you need to consult when making changes to them.
