Employment Taxes For Employment Lawyers

A comprehensive one day seminar covering the tax issues that dovetail with employment law for non-tax specialists

Introduction

Tutored by David Reade QC and David Reilly, this one-day programme has been specially designed for practising employment lawyers who need to have an understanding of the employment tax issues that arise in relation to matters that they advise on, but for whom this is not their area of expertise.

Starting with a brief introduction to the structure to the Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act, they will provide practical guidance on the tax aspects in relation to issues in the commencement of employment, salary sacrifice schemes, terminating the employment relationship and high court and tribunal awards.
