Hot Issues In Employment Law - New Case Law

22 leading experts explain the key developments for 2011-2012

Introduction

This day focuses almost entirely on important cases. The practical significance of some of the leading decisions over the past year will be explained. Issues to be explored this year include employment status, varying contracts of employment, and dealing with team moves. In the discrimination area, we have sessions on religion or belief, on reasonable adjustments for disability and on how the public sector equality duty is being interpreted. There are sessions on collective redundancy consultation and on the latest TUPE case law, and on the growing impact of human rights principles on employment law. We will also hear about the implications of the Agency Workers Regulations 2010.
