Introduction
This intensive seminar is designed to get you up-to-speed quickly with the whole area of family leave rights and pay, including maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave.
The tutor will provide clear guidance on the law and how to apply it in the workplace, using illustrative examples and case studies throughout. She will address the difficult legal issues which are likely to arise, considering how best to manage them, whilst minimising the risks of legal claims.
