Introduction

This half day seminar will provide a practical guide to the key provisions of the FSA Remuneration Code and the implications it will have on employment policy and procedure.

Firms which fall within tiers two, three and four of the Code need to comply with the new regulations as soon as reasonably practicable, or by 1 July 2011.
