A practical guide to managing organisational change and development

Introduction

This seminar will explore how employers can make changes to terms, conditions and benefits, whilst seeking to limit the legal risks involved. In the afternoon, the seminar will examine in some detail the approach to be taken when changing pension provision, taking into account relevant pension and employment law issues.

The morning session will focus on how to make changes to terms and conditions, the importance of consultation and changing terms and conditions following a TUPE.

The afternoon session focuses specifically on changing pension benefits.
