Immigration Law

Understanding the latest immigration policies to enhance migration opportunities

Introduction

By May of this year the coalition government will have announced or implemented changes to all of the main routes of immigration. They also will have broken the link between migration and remaining permanently in Britain. The immigration minister has indicated that as well as meeting their pledge to reduce net migration to tens of thousands they also want to ensure that they are allowing the ‘right kind’ of migrants into the country.

This year’s conference will be chaired by Philip Trott, Bates, Wells & Braithwaite, it will give you the chance to hear from some of the industry’s finest legal minds, addressing these complex changes and ensuring that you have the right skills to ensure the best outcome for your clients.
