• The workshop will explain the evolution of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements • The workshop will examine the practical issues involved in these agreements, including deciding who needs one, insurance risks, timing and costs • The workshop will explore the use of collaborative pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements • The workshop will take delegates through a series of hypothetical scenarios that might arise in the use of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements• In groups, delegates will work through case studies that are typical of those faced in practice
