Introduction
This two-day course will give you essential guidance and strategies for addressing everything from the creation and procurement of patent rights through to their exploitation and enforcement in the US.
The course tutors will identify and examine key differences between the US common law system and the rest of the world. They will provide hands-on techniques and strategies and will cover all major aspects of the US patent system with a particular focus on the day-to-day differences encountered by a European Practitioner.
