Anti-Corruption And Bribery

A thorough examination of the latest law surrounding anti-corruption and bribery and an in-depth look at the effect of the new Bribery Act now that it is in force

Introduction

After considerable delay, the Bribery Act 2010 is finally in force, bringing with it the challenge of developing new and existing, stringent policies for businesses. The extra-territorial effect of the Act and its provisions widen its already broad scope and raise many questions as to activity that is compliant in various international jurisdictions.

Chaired by Andrew Mitchell QC of 33 Chancery Lane, this must-attend event brings together an exceptional speaker panel including regulators, prosecutors, lawyers and compliance professionals.

Multi- jurisdictional Compliance Workshop
In addition to the main day of the conference, and included in the price, the second half-day consists of a multi-jurisdictional compliance workshop, specially designed for in-house counsel.

This 3 hour session will enable delegates to assess their existing compliance programmes and benefit from the experiences of others.
