Business Immigration

A thorough examination of the latest law surrounding business immigration including a detailed look at the shifting landscape of the immigration system and routes of redress when an application fails

Introduction

With the coalition Government living up to a pre-election promise to reduce net migration, those working in the field have been left on a constant path of change to immigration laws. Major reforms have taken place within Tier 2 and Tier 1, making it more difficult than ever before to gain entry to the UK for highly skilled individuals. As well as limiting entry the Government has also proposed a break between employment and settlement, restricting the right to remain.

Featuring the UKBA and a host of industry experts, this conference will offer you the opportunity to hear directly from Government bodies about the changes they have implemented so far and their continuing plans for the future. Leading experts are also available to advise on all aspects of the sponsorship application process.

There will also be a half-day post conference workshop covering issues surrounding student immigration. More information can be found here
