With the first ABS scheduled to be up and running from 6 October 2011, are you equipped to survive the impact of an increasingly competitive market place? Whilst opinions remain divided as to whether ABSs will, in practice, increase access to justice or merely serve to reduce the market players, there is no doubt that emergence of ABSs will prove a challenge for existing firms.
