Disguised Remuneration -

Practical guidance and innovative solutions to manage the new legislation

Introduction

The employment income provided through third parties legislation introduced in the 2011 Finance Bill will have dramatic repercussions on future remuneration arrangements. All group company share schemes and remuneration through the use of employee trusts must be reviewed to ensure that they don’t fall foul of the new rules.

Chaired by David Pett of Pett, Franklin & Co. LLP, the event will assemble some of the key stakeholders in tax and accountancy to review the new legislation and explain the practical planning methods surrounding this complex area.

Delegates of Disguised Remuneration will be invited into our online event networking community.
