So why train In-House?
LexisNexis® In-House Training provides tailored training solutions delivered at a location of your choice. Whether you need employment law, HR policy and practice, health and safety, payroll, pensions, tax or general management skills training – we can develop a course to fit your needs and you can have best practice experience delivered to your door. Effective training will improve the productivity of your employees, making your business more competitive.
Why not let us come to you?
Key benefits of LexisNexis® In-House Training:
• Value for money – would you like to halve your training costs? If you have 5+ delegates attending an in-house course, the savings to your organisation can be huge compared to sending delegates on a public course. In-house courses are charged by the day, not per delegate, therefore you pay one rate regardless of the amount of people you wish to train (up to a maximum of 15).
• Convenience – less time out of the office for staff, with the timing of the training completely up to you.
• Confidentiality – gives you and your team the opportunity to talk openly and the freedom to ask questions which they would not be comfortable raising on a pubic course.
• Variety – we can bring you any course topic on an in-house basis.
• Motivate and retain staff - maximise the return on your people development investment.
• Satisfaction guarantee - customer service and reputation is of the upmost importance to us. The most important thing to us is that you are happy with the quality of your training - if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will refund your course fee in full.
How does LexisNexis®In-House Training work?
• Training Needs Analysis – we will work with you to identify the unique training needs of your staff, making the right investment in their development. We would be happy to arrange a meeting with your at your premises to talk through any course content in more detail.
• Partnership – one of the key reasons for our success is the relationship which develops between your Account Manager and you. They will work closely with all key partners in your organisation.
• Quality trainers – LexisNexis® operates a stringent assessment and selection process to ensure that we only select professionals who are both experts in their fields but also have extensive in-depth business-specific knowledge, with exceptional ability to communicate this to delegates.
• Flexibility – we will customise a course for you as required. We prefer to work with the programme purchasers in the design of the programme so that we can ensure it is a bespoke programme and suitable to their needs. You can specify a focus on a particular area of our standard in-house programmes or omit elements at no extra cost.
• Format - how much time should be set aside for questions, do you need policy advice, objective settings, which training aids do you prefer, and do you want break-out groups, focus on an interactive session? We can build all of these into your days training.
• Delivery – the course can be delivered at your premises or at en external venue of your choice. We will provide you with electronic or hard copy bound documentation prior to the training, as well as best practice guideline to incorporate into your policies if required. We will issue you with personalised Certificates of Attendance after the course and on the day we will ask you to complete a course evaluation form.
• Service – we like to build into the programme methods for the organisation/participants to evaluate the worth of the programme after a period of time, implementing their new knowledge/skills. This in turn enables a return on investment to be evaluated.
